Caritas

Each year we support the good works of Caritas by participating in fundraising and awareness of Project Compassion  initiatives during Lent.

nailsOur students will be participating in Purple Day on Thursday March 23rd. Each student is invited to come dressed in Purple for the day and pay $1.00 for the privilege. Also, out Year 6 students will be hosting a Purple Nail Booth, and students may pay $1.00 to have their nails painted purple. They will even be allowed to keep their nails painted until the end of term!

In 2015, our PurpleDay raised over $400! Click here to see fun pics of our day!

walk for waterStudents in Year 4, 5 and 6 will participate in a Walk for Water Campaign, to raise money for Project Compassion and raise awareness of difficulties people face when they have to travel for hours each day to fetch clean water. This will be an event whereby students seek sponsorship for laps of our school oval carrying containers of water.

This year our students raised over $1500 in their Walk for Water efforts. What a fantastic achievement! You can see all the action here
